ALOHA product line – XLCARE extended warranty

All our load balancers come with a return to factory 12-month hardware warranty and a 90-day software warranty.

After the initial warranty period, you can purchase XLCARE Standard or Advanced extended warranties, which are available for 1 to 5 years and provide the following additional services:

  • ALOHA software updates
  • Notifications when software patches are released
  • Warranty coverage for software and/or hardware failures
  • Return to factory or Next Business Day advanced product exchange
  • Access to support from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on business days for critical failures
  • Access to 24/7 support by email (best effort response)

HAProxy enterprise edition

Offered as a subscription, HAPEE comes standard with maintenance and support for all delivered software bind in the package.

There are three available HAPEE subscription plans: Starter, Business and Premium. Each plan allows you to select the level of services that best suits your needs.
